Sorry I haven't blogged recently but I've been spending my last few weeks mainly studying for Semester Finals which are now thankfully OVER!!!!!!!
I also have been recently (until a few days ago) FREEZING. I've been cold. Actually colder than cold and freezing. It's been colder and more freezing than the Antarctic in the middle of the Ice Age during a snow storm while your dressed in a swim-suit. Well... that's just about it I just wanted everyone to know that I haven't died (yet.. I know I will someday) and since I don't have anything else to say I'm done.... unless you want to talk about Cheese.....
Cheese
Cheese is one of those subjects that no matter who you are, you can always relate to it. That's why whenever you're in an awkward silence, in an awkward situation, with an awkward person, you can just start to talk about Cheese. Or if you don't have anything else to talk or write about you can just start talking or writing about cheese. Like I'm doing with my blog. Or if you're giving a speech and still have some left and you need to talk, just start talking about cheese.
The origins of cheese are actually unknown because it's been around for forever and half so no one can quite remember how it started. But do we care? No! And why? Because who cares HOW it started just as long AS it started and we all get our cheese. However, it is most likely that it was first "made" when someone, we'll call him Bob (even though he was probably and Arab) was taking a trip through the desert, on a camel, we'll say. Bob brought some milk for the journey and about half-way through the desert he opened his canteen of milk and "Holy Cow!" There were chunks in there, so he ate it and "Mmmm..... Yummy!" And that's how they started making cheese. When he got back he started selling it and he called it "Cheap" 'cause it was so inexpensive to make, but all the people thought he called it "Cheese" so it's been that way ever since.... I think...
Over the course of time people have used all kinds of different types of milk to produce cheese like Cow, Goat, Sheep, and even Buffalo! Cheese also comes in many different textures like hard, pressed, soft, semi-hard, semi-soft, flowered, ripened, washed and spotted. Of course, with all these different textures comes different flavors like the well-known Cheddar and Swiss Cheese and the not-so-well-known Danablu (Danish) and Mascarpone (Australian) even vegetarian cheeses. Almost every country has some type of cheese, France alone has somewhere around 8,000.
Cheese has SO MANY uses as well, anything from making a Grilled Cheese Sandwich (be sure to put Garlic salt on it!) salad toppings, casseroles, burgers, tacos, pizza, lasagna, anything and everything in between. If nothing else it's ALWAYS fun to shout in the kitchen, "I'M CUTTING THE CHEESE!" or even better when you cut yourself on the cheese grater, "I hurt myself cutting the cheese."
I hope you better enjoy your cheese next time you eat some, if you want more info. you can go to http://www.cheese.com they even have some recipes you can try out!

Mmmmmm. Cheese. Everything is better with cheese on it. Well, except when it's broccoli and the cheese has been mixed with cream and Y2K milk powder.....ay yi yi! I hope Jake liked it...
He was sick for a few days but got over it quickly. It was me and Dad that has the worst of it. (just kidding) I WAS disappointed that, due to the ingridents, I SHOULD'VE received some kind of superpower... I'm pretty sure it was radio-active... Then I could become CHEESE-GIRL!!!! DUN DA DUN!!!
