Sometimes that still happens

I was looking through our old Newsletters and found this quote from myself:

"Sometimes that happens"—Kaylee in explaining all kinds of accidental and purposeful things that seem to take place around her.

.....Sadly this still happens. So from now on all (or most) of my responses will be "Sometimes that happens" like this:

Kaylee, why isn't the dishwasher emptied?
—Sometimes that happens

Why isn't your homework done?
—Sometimes that happens

How did you cut your finger?
—Sometimes that happens
